I’m Starting a Journal and You Should Too

It’s always great to read tweets by people who are either starting a journal for the first time, or coming back to the habit of journaling.

Journal writing is a very personal and powerful tool for personal growth, problem-solving, and recording of life. It’s a powerful way to hold a conversation with herself and explore what you really are thinking and trying to figure out. Journal writing can also be like a form of meditation, prayer, and counseling. And it is awesome way to record your life beyond photos and selfies.

I invite you to participate in the upcoming National Journal Writing Month, starting October 1st. Be sure to subscribe below to this site in order to receive daily writing prompts during that month.
