There are pros and cons to traditional journal writing with pen and paper, but for me, typing is the fastest and most efficient way to write, and that’s one of the reasons I use the popular iOS and Mac, Day One.
I’m also happy to announce that I just published a multimedia iBook about Day One and digital journal writing titled, Starting From Day One: Using the Day One Journaling App to Record and Enrich Your Life.
In the video below, I talk about the features of Day One and show a preview of my new book.
If you’re interested in digital journaling, I highly recommend Day One as the best app for iOS and Mac users.
